When Michelle reached out to me to shoot her maternity session, she mentioned she was a photographer herself. I was honored to have been her choice of a maternity photographer! Michelle and her family traveled from Roanoke for their session. I love the jewel tones she selected for their fall session - they were perfect! Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our time together!
A Relaxed Maternity Session | Lynchburg Baby Photographer
It could be the beautiful model, the all-white room, or the understated dress she is wearing... or maybe it was simply the enthusiasm in the air that surrounded this whole experience... but this maternity session photographed at The Fount Workshop is, hands down, one of my favorites I have ever photographed. Watching Abany Bauer style this session left me so inspired and gave me more tools to use when approaching my own work, which I've already started to use.

About a year ago I found myself sitting on my couch talking to Jimmy about babies. That was the last conversation I expected to have when I woke up that morning. But he had major baby fever and I found it so adorable. It's not every day a pregnant lady gets to chat it up with a man that has baby fever. :) So a few months later when Emily and Jimmy told us they were expecting, I was not as surprised as I was excited. (But I was REALLY excited!) Emily has affectionately named the little girl growing in her belly "Jellybean." They are officially past their due date, but are waiting oh so patiently for little Jellybean to make her appearance. Actually, Emily has totally impressed me with her good attitude, steady emotions, and positivity throughout her entire pregnancy. She is just glowing and she makes pregnancy look like a walk in the park. Even better, really. She almost makes me miss it. (But not quite ;))
Here are a few of my favorite pictures from their mini maternity session a few weeks ago. I can't wait to meet this blessed little girl!
