Twins! Double the fun - for sure! I laughed so much during this session with Katie, Evan and their babies Foster and Charlotte. We photographed their milestone session in a field near the studio in Forest, Virginia. These sweet babies personalities are so different and if that’s not entertaining enough, each of them has the most adorable facial expressions that had me giggling nonstop! I couldn’t get enough of this sweet family and I really enjoyed our time together during their sunset session.
All potential (and of course booked) clients are encouraged to schedule a studio consultation to meet with me and talk through options for your portrait session. Your options can range from locations to group photo combination varieties as well as clothing options. During Samantha’s consultation she told me right away she knew she wanted her maternity session in the field so we spent out time focused mostly on her clothing options. When she stepped out from the wardrobe dressing area wearing the pink dress and white sweater cardigan you see below, I am pretty sure I let out an audible gasp.
When Sarah reached out to me to let me know she was expecting and she wanted me to photograph her maternity + newborn sessions, I was ALL SMILES… and so very excited! Sarah and I go way back and I credit her for my introduction to the beautiful Glencliff Manor Estate (as well as a whole slew of wonderful client referrals)!
Oh heyyyy to these cuties!! What do you get when you combine a talented creative (+ wedding planner), a head-over-heels-in-love-couple, and a beautiful venue?! T.H.I.S. adorableness! I had so much fun with these two, learning about their love story and watching them turn their flirting and snuggling up a notch for the camera! I always say… just like you add a little extra make-up for the camera, turn up your affection, too! These two succeeded and as a result they have some adorable engagement portraits to treasure forever!
I recently had a wonderful family portrait session at the field with this precious family! They took advantage of my Spring Mini Session Special and I was SO excited about how everything came together perfectly for their session! When you combine a beautiful family, admirable group dynamics (these boys were SO sweet with one another and their parents!), the perfect clothing choices, and then the LIGHT decides to be absolute perfection, too… well it all culminates into one of my favorite family portrait sessions I have ever photographed!
