Swimming in paint

IMG_7241.jpg

I'm in the middle of renovating my kitchen... and I am so over paint. I've painted my kitchen walls four times in the last two days. I've painted all the trim and doors in the kitchen. I've painted three coats of Annie Sloan chalk paint (cha-ching $$!) on my cabinets and they still need more. (sigh)

I'm over it.

Sanding looked so much easier... thanks to Carrie for helping me out the past few days. It's so much more fun to do projects in good company!  (And with old school rap music on in the background, as well.)

So I'm taking a break. This weekend, I'm heading out to kick off my fall wedding season! I'll be back with more pictures of beautiful people to share with you soon. (And yes, a nice before and after of the progress of my kitchen as well. :))
